Collecting Email Addresses
When a visitor fills in an enquiry form, if they consent, their information will be stored securely in a database. This information is categorised into mailing lists. For example, if they enquiried about a society booking, their information will be stored in the Society Mailing List. If you then have a promotion, such as "Special Society Winter Offer", you can quickly send details to all the people who are in your Society Mailing List.
